This contract certifies that the above named Dam will be bred with the above named Stud for a fee of $$$ cash to be paid in full before this breeding or the following in lieu of a stud fee (first pick pup, second pick pup-mark wording for any other type of agreement) The Dam will be bred on ___Day ___Month___Year___Naturally or by artificial insemination. If Dam fails to conceive a return service at no additional charge will be given to this Dam on her next heat cycle. A statement from licensed veterinarian dated not later than fifty (50) days after mating or no more than 5 (five) days prior to the due date stating that the Dam is not pregnant will be provided to Stud owner by Dam owner in order to receive a return service. 1(one) live puppy regardless of sex is considered a litter produced. A guarantee of actual mating only is made, and not of pregnancy or of puppies living or dead. If ownership of this Dam changes, a return service is the option of Stud owner. Transportation of the Dam is the responsibility of the Dam owner and the Stud owner will not be held liable. Stud owner will not be liable for any complications during breeding, in whelp, or delivery. No cash compensation is due bitch owner nor will there be any refund either in whole or in part. No return service after second non-pregnancy mating. French Bulldogs/Pugs are very susceptible to complications and Stud owner will not be held liable in any way if a complication should arise.

Additional Terms:
If the Dam is left in our custody for breeding, we will do all in our power to provide for her health and well-being. However should she become sick or in danger, we will provide veterinary care at your expense, and we are released from all liability concerning this Dam
